I have been seeing Dr Helen Caulter at this practice for 15 years and find her a caring and thorough doctor and a pleasant personality. The office staff are also patient and helpful.

Cannot speak highly enough of City Family Practice. Reception staff are lovely, doctors are experienced, patient and professional. The doctors are down to earth people who actually listen to you.

Been doing to City Family practice for a number of years seeing Dr Adrian Wright. He's always been very informative, patient and considerate. I call up 15-30 mins before my appointment to check whether the doctor is running on time, which saves waiting time in case they're running late. I've also seen Dr Ragg and Dr Caulten when Dr Wright was away and both were attentive and met by needs. Really demonstrates the value of having a regular GP who's across your health needs as opposed to drop in centres who are more in/out and numbers!

Dr Peter Ragg has been our family doctor for 20 years. If you want a Dr who kicks you out of his room after 15 minutes and just dismisses your concerns then Dr Ragg is not for you. He listens, he cares and is upfront with explanations and reassurances. He is so very knowledgeable and we would not go to anyone else. Ring half an hour before your appt to see if the appointments are running on time (no phones are answered between 1-2pm) and you may still have to wait a little bit but Dr’s with his expertise, empathy and genuine consistent care are hard to come by and well worth waiting for!

Dedicated, friendly and super-thorough team. I have been seeing Dr Helen Caulton for years, love her. I have also seen two other Drs when Helen has been away and they've been similarly great to deal with. The reception staff are wonderful, too. Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Dr Helen Caulton at this practice for 6 years. All doctors are professional, the reception staff welcoming. My 17 month old son has been coming here since birth and the doctors, nurse and reception staff always give him a big welcome and keep him entertained during his appointment. I have recommended Dr Caulton to several friends who have all been very happy

Wonderful!!! My Doctor, Peter Ragg, and his colleague, Dr Adrian Wright (I see when Peter is away), Sue as the practice nurse, the practice manager and receptionists are absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, understanding, non-judgemental, compassionate, flexible, knowledgeable and hardworking. I've been going to the practice for 10 years and would rather not go anywhere else. I cant speak highly enough. Thank-you to Dr Ragg and everyone there at the City Family Practice.

Jan and I have been patients of the practice for 46 years under the ministration of Lionel Henderson for some 20 years and some 26 years with Adrian Wright. Absolutely first class service and knowledge from both practitioners and reception staff. Also special mention of practice nurse Sue. A great team!

Dr Peter Ragg is a wonderful Doctor, both professional & caring, he has been my doctor for many years. Doctor Wright is also a great doctor. The reception staff are brilliant. The best GP practice in Canberra, I could not recommend them more highly
